Our Mission

National Marine Corps Business Network, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with one purpose: business and career education for Marines. We help Marines learn how to start, run, and grow a business, and how to build a career they are proud of. That education is free.

The network is where the learning turns into results. Marines learn alongside each other, and then hire each other, buy from each other, and mentor the Marine coming up behind them. Free courses are on the way for every member.

A Marine's work has never been just a paycheck. In the Corps, your job comes with a mission, a team that depends on you, and a standard you answer to. Then the uniform comes off, and for a lot of Marines that is the part they miss most. It isn't the rank or the gear. It's the purpose, the structure, and the people.

The right work gives that back. It gives a Marine somewhere to use the leadership, discipline, grit, and problem-solving the Corps built in them, in a way that supports a family and strengthens a community. The wrong job, even a well-paid one, can leave them feeling like they are just clocking in.

That is why MarinesConnect exists. National Marine Corps Business Network, Inc. is a nonprofit built on one belief: Marines should find each other first. Whether you are leaving active duty, changing careers, hiring, or building a business, we want you to find the opportunity, the owner, or the mentor who is already one of us.

We don't want to just fill a job opening. We want to help Marines build a future that means something to them.
